Get out of bed

This is the first daily habit I have for you guys.

Get out of bed when the alarm clock rings!

This means if you put the alarm clock to the time you want to get up and not 10 minutes early to stay in bed doing nothing until you need to get up.

Yes, I know you do this because I also did that for a while… two years…10 years… ok, all my life!

It’s so simple it hurts but it’s powerful. Do that and you feel great, I promise.


Why is this important?

Nice question 🙂 important because you control what you do in life and if you need to get up at 8 am, you need not put the alarm clock to 7.50.

You are in control and you have the power to get out of bed when you want, whether it’s winter, summer, raining or snowing.

During 365 days in a year, you have the possibility of doing this and if you show power, control and the willingness at the dawn of each day, I assure you will do this to other simple things in life: homework, practice, business, work, etc.

“You are in control of everything in your life… Everything!”

A handy trick to help you: Put the alarm clock in a place where you need to get up to turn off. It will not make sense to go back to bed again 😉
